ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless defected. Defected merchandise must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Please include your receipt. Insure work for the full value with "tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. We will not refund shipping, and buyer must pay to have item shipped back. We must be notified before you return a product so we can include a RA #

Special items:

Patio furniture is considered a special item. These items must be dropped shipped to buyer. They do have a 20 year warranty, but if the piece requires service from manufacture it must be shipped to them. (we/they will not pay for the shipping or return)
